Wine Service Training with Singha Montra Boutique Hotel

Horeca visits Singha Montra boutique hotel in Chiang Mai for wine training for Horeca’s growing team of staff and Singha Montra hospitality staff. The session included our young Mesta wines, Fontal, Albarino, two South African Cape Zebra wines and the Spanish Karma de Drac (Tears of the dragon). These of course were consumed with tasty dishes to find the perfect food match for each. Some of the dishes prepared by Singha Montra’s chef included Spicy Seafood salad, tender beef steak and gently grilled prawns. There were more of course, but we won’t go into detail here. The session included food/wine pairing, tasting, pouring techniques, decanting techniques, displaying techniques and other service oriented points in the wine and hospitality industry.   Browse our training pics below.
